Cancellation Policy

At Vita E’ Bella Nail Day Spa, we recognize that life can be unpredictable, which sometimes leads to last-minute cancellations.
To ensure the availability of your appointment, we kindly request that you provide your credit card information at the time of booking. For same-day appointments, please confirm or cancel your appointment at least one hour prior to your scheduled service. If you do not adhere to this policy, you will incur a charge of 100% of the service booked.
Similarly, if you fail to attend your appointment, you will also be charged the full value of the service.
For appointments made one, two, or three weeks in advance, we require confirmation or cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If this protocol is not followed, or if you do not attend, the full-service value will be charged. We will make an effort to contact you to confirm your appointment the day prior, and an hour before if it is a same-day booking.
Please be advised that failing to show up will result in an immediate charge. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the service received, which could include omitting certain components such as scrubs, massages, or warm towels.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be modified as necessary, and you will still be charged the total price of the booked service.
IMPORTANT: We kindly ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
IMPORTANT: Following your online appointment booking, please verify the date, time, and service. We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes. Should you need to cancel or modify a service, please inform us in advance.
